We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. Please review the following refund policy carefully:  

Eligible for Refund

  • Defective Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement.

  • Incorrect Orders: If we mistakenly sent you an incorrect order, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

  • Unsatisfactory Quality: If you are not satisfied with the overall quality of the product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and determine if a refund is appropriate.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our custom stickers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders unless the product is defective.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are typically final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process

  • Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at services@tunerdecals.com or give us a call at (403) 649-0110.

  • Provide Details: Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

  • Return Authorization: If your refund is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-8 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note: Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
