  • Are your stickers waterproof and resistant to fading

    Yes our stickers are completely waterproof due to our laminating process. Our stickers should survive up to 2-3 years outdoors before they begin fading and even longer when indoors.

  • Can I request a specific size finish and size for my custom stickers?

    Absolutely!! Our services are tailored towards customizing. We offer a variety of finishes and also help you with sizes based on your requirements.

  • What Materials do you use for your stickers?

    We use high-quality made in Germany vinyl and laminate to ensure durability and professional finish.

  • What file formats do you accept for artwork?

    We accept a variety of file formats but to keep it simple we prefer. AI, PSD or PNG at least 300dpi minimum without any background.

  • How long does it typically take to make my stickers?

    The production time for custom stickers varies depending on the order volume and complexity. Small to Medium orders are generally shipped the same week it was ordered. Large order can typically take more than a week to process depending on the number or designs and complexity. Orders like Die-cuts are typically faster to produce regarding the order size.

  • Can I make changes to my design after it’s been submitted?

    Yes, we can make minor changes to your design before it goes to production. When you placed an order please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any revisions.

  • Do you Charge for file handling Setup Fee?

    90% of the time we do not charge for setup fee. In some instances we may have to due to the file complexity.

Ordering and Payment

  • How can I place an order?

    If you are 100% ready you can submit your orders using our Online Form. If you need help or unsure what to do email us directly at services@tunerdecals.co and our team of professionals will be happy to assist you.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept almost any types of banking. Once you placed an order our team will send you an invoice through PayPal (USA or international customers only) and from there you can process your payments. Canadian customers will be process through our Square Payments or in some instances if you request to pay via E-transfer, we can accommodate that as well.

  • Can I track my order?

    Absolutely! once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor it’s progress. Please contact our team if somehow you did not get your tracking number.
